I have been a long time customer, but will not be back. We came in 2 weeks ahead of an event & they told us they could order a Mylar balloon that said “happy retirement”. We paid ahead and ordered it. Fast forward to today, the day of event. I went to pick up the balloons and the Mylar balloon that said “happy retirement” was a smiley face balloon that said “happy retirement” in sharpie. Do not promise to order a special balloon if you cannot deliver. It is now an hour before the party and I had to stop at Giant Eagle to purchase new balloons as I am not putting a sharpie balloon out at a party. Throughly disappointed in your services. Also, left the balloons at our house because I wasn’t using these for the party. By the time we came home they were all on the floor. Again, very disappointed.

I am posting about 2 diffferent arrangements that I ordered. They were ordered at the same time, but went to 2 different people. The first was a fresh floral arrangement that I ordered for a relative who was recovering from surgery. I requested a fairly large arrangement which was beautifully done. The recipient LOVED it! I was able to see it and it was put together just perfectly, it included several beautiful roses and other somewhat rare flowers! The second part of the order was for a presentation bouquet for my granddaughter’s dance recital. She received a couple other bouquets and the one I ordered was by far, the most beautiful! Great sized, great choice of flowers- again they included about 4-5 lovely roses. I requested certain colors to match her costumes and they were perfect. Both of our daughters chose Allburn’s Florist to provide the flowers for their weddings. The flowers they put together and the service they provided were so outstanding that I have not purchased any flowers from anywhere else since then. They always do a wonderful job at putting an arrangement together, this particular order was for a special wedding anniversary. They went above and beyond on the final product and took notes on my floral requests. Absolutely beautiful arrangement and the recipients love the flowers. They are my go-to florists in Erie and thank you to the staff from an out of state client.

The care, customer service, and most important the flower arrangements exceeded our expectations! Michelle was wonderful to work with and helped us stay within our budget. I highly recommend Allburn Florist.

Allburn Florist truly went above and beyond for my family. The staff were incredibly patient and kind while helping my stepmom select an arrangement during a very emotional time. They never once rushed her. Instead, they took the time to listen, offer thoughtful suggestions, and made sure everything felt just right. The final arrangement turned out absolutely perfect and meant so much to us. We visited around Christmas and the shop itself was beautiful, full of festive decorations and unique items to browse while we were there. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the moments they’re a part of. Highly recommend Allburn Florist for both their stunning arrangements and exceptional service.
